We had dinner at Hangar 9 this evening, unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We wanted to spend a cozy evening with a meal and then go to the casino. Unfortunately we apparently ordered the wrong menu - the schnitzel was undercooked and tasted like old oil. When we told the waitress, her answer was that she would tell the kitchen and we had already complained. What's wrong we ate twice and everything was good and we had nothing to complain about. When we told her this, her answer was no, we had already complained, which wasn't the case. We then described the incident to the Chef de Service. He apologized and gave us drinks. The waitress just grinned cheekily at us during the conversation. Unfortunately, that spoiled our evening and we won't be going to Hangar 9 any time soon, if at all. The behavior of the waitress is unacceptable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
