Delightful and delicious! We wandered in off the street and had a lovely dinner. I really cannot say enough good things about our experience at Hahn Basel. It's always great to have good food, but it's apparent that these folks put more effort into the experience than just delicious cuisine. The huckleberry spritz and Hugo spritz were both excellent accompaniments to the meal. The bread salad was beautiful, tasty and texturally intriguing. In fact, all of our selections were beautifully presented and tasty; cold tomato soup, arctic char salad, stuffed chicken breast... All were incomparable. By the time we finished our entrees, we weren't sure if we'd have room for dessert. I'm glad we decided to try it anyway. The chocolate ginger cake was just the right size and it was also delightful. It's such a treat to find an oasis like Hahn. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 70–80
