Cibo molto buono, personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Prezzo nella media. Vale assolutamente la pena.

Byblos in Zagreb is a 'must try' for anyone seeking authentic Lebanese cuisine. The food quality is exceptional, and every dish we tasted showcased the beautiful flavours and masterfully balanced spices of this cuisine. The salads and dips are a standout highlight, and were obviously freshly made with fresh ingredients. Adding to the wonderful dining experience is the warm, friendly character of Farah and her husband, who own the restaurant. Their genuine hospitality makes you feel less like a customer and more like a welcome guest in their own home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

OCTOBER 15,2025 (12pm) - the date we will never forget how bad the service was and everything. Today I have a lot of time that is why I didn't have time to review these past few days because I was so busy. We arrived (four of us) at the Byblos restaurant around 12 noon, we entered inside and it's empty no people, so meaning not so much busy. We are chef's thats why we know how the restaurants works. We ordered meze plate (22~24€), One shwarma plate (17€) , One shish tawouk (17€) and one kafta meshwi (18€) . First they gave the meze plate, and after that we waited for 1hr! for the rest of our order, and they gave shwarma plate alone but the thing is, they have put together in one plate the shishtawouk and kaft meshwi ?? what the heck! we paid separately but serve it like that? and doesn't look like worth it at all. And the waiter who's there the tall guy looks arabic idk where is he came from is very rude? just because what? we are Filipinos? Shame on you! whoever you are! even how disgusting your service and your food was we still pay the total amount of our bills! The worst restaurant ever I've been in my entire life. We need to stay kind! even whatever the nationatily of the customer! and to the kitchen chef whoever, if the customer didnt request it to put in one plate , don't do it ! follow your menu! why you make the menu and decide on your own what to do? doesn't make sense. Goodluck!! anyways thank you to one waiter small guy asian as well that time he's very accommodating and nice unlike the other one tall with beard very bad!!!
