A mistake not to be made again, Nice environment but terribly dirty both in terms of the rooms and the outside starting from the poolside and the pool itself. The artificial rock inside the pool will soon take on a life of its own and develop native flora and fauna given the level of dirt. The last cleaning of the pool probably dates back to a few years ago, they probably thought it was sufficient to clean the stairs only on the bottom, forgetting the side. Very poor breakfast, both sweet and savory, used in a small room where you have to hurry because whoever arrives after you is left without a seat. Accidents along the way? -Room leaking water from the bathroom roof (fortunately kindly replaced, but they tried) - limited use of the swimming pool because 3 days out of 4 it was occupied for events and therefore unusable. - unfortunately I accidentally stained the sheets during the night, nothing was probably not expected to be changed the next day so I put a towel on top and be patient. - the bathroom was not cleaned for all 4 days of stay and not to mention the broken window in the room and the dirt that was now practically encrusted all around the frame Yes, a 4-star residence, but crumbling. But if you love adventure like me and my boyfriend it could also be fine. Quality price ? Paid €460 for 4 nights in August so €115 per night but I think €50/60 per night would have been enough for him!!! I'm sorry to belittle the structure in this way, even though it is truly breathtaking and magical externally. But cleanliness and courtesy come first for me!
