We wanted to have two burritos, they told us they only do them take away which we thought was strange. The burrito had mainly only rice, maybe 15-20 grams meat and nearly no vegetables, for the price you pay, 21.50 chf per burrito and considering its take away.. this price to get a burrito full of rice with little flavour, never again will go there. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Guten Tag Vielen Dank für die Bewertung und das anliegende Foto. Zur Situation; Sie haben bei uns Platz genommen, worauf sie beide die Speisekarte mit den Mittagsmenüs erhalten haben. Darauf hin wollten Sie Burritos, welche wir (korrekt) nur als Takeaway anbieten. Sie haben 2 Burritos bestellt, erhalten und sind gegangen. Weshalb der Service nun 1 von 5 Sternen erhält ist an dieser Stelle noch ungeklärt. Dass Sie beide mit Ihrer Auswahl sehr unzufrieden scheinen, tut uns leid. Wir haben die Bewertung intern besprochen und können weder im Ablauf, noch auf dem Foto einen Fehler entdecken. Schade, dass Sie sich gleich beide dazu entschlossen haben eine 1 Sterne Bewertung abzugeben und unser Ranking somit nach unten zu ziehen. Wir sind stets bemüht unsere Gäste mit Qualität auf dem Teller und bestem Service bedienen zu können. Schade, dass wir Sie in diesem Fall nicht überzeugen konnten. Herzliche Grüsse

We found this place by accident and we were glad. The nice waitress, who by the way looks like Mila Kunis , was so friendly. The food was very tasty. I will repeat. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We got takeaway food from the Häpp(l)imacher on Wednesday on Kronenplatz. In addition to a burrito, we also picked up some tappas. (Very high quality food) The food was well packaged and easy to transport. The burrito tasted like a dream and wasn't soggy even after transport thanks to the good packaging. The tapas were also very tasty without exception. It is advisable to have a baguette as a side dish with the tapas. These are crispy, fresh and complement the tapas well. I also really liked the homemade iced tea.
