The food was fine, but the prices were rather higher (for 2 bao buns 24.-). Starter, main course and water 60.- per person. The service was ok, the waitress only spoke English. The restaurant was generally comfortably furnished, which unfortunately couldn't be enjoyed because there were a lot of fruit flies or the like that flew into the food, faces and everywhere. This was extremely disturbing and very unhygienic. Would not recommend the restaurant until this fly problem is resolved. My husband found this restaurant on Google. The facade is already impressive, modern, and makes you want more. We were welcomed very hospitably by Marco and his team and immediately shown to a very well-situated table on the upper floor. The staff was very attentive, nice and very personable the whole evening. Our dishes were excellent - the menu definitely doesn't promise too much! The atmosphere is extremely pleasant. We would like to recommend HATO LUZERN to anyone who wants to feel comfortable in a restaurant and go on an Asian gourmet journey. Antonio’s drinks and the wine list are convincing. Thanks to the staff, this restaurant not only shines with its cuisine, but also with its hospitality, making dinner followed by a visit to the bar next door an instant experience. We will definitely be back soon and would especially like to thank Marco, Antonio and Valentina for the wonderful and unforgettable evening. “Siamo venuti come ospiti e ce ne siamo andati come amici”.
