I prezzi sono popolari in rapporto alla qualità. È un ristorante una stella Michelin, riconoscimento che viene di solito attribuito perché vengono serviti pasti gustosi.

Beautiful views of the Alps at 2400m altitude, great for a lunch on the slopes. Service was very attentive, professional and friendly, food was very nice (duck/ truffle pasta/ bolognese pasta/ lobster bisque). Very nice wine list albeit pricey. Overall, we recommend it but you will pay for the location/ views Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Yes

He served me this traditional coffee, liquor drink. It’s awesome and atmosphere is awesome, but be ready if you order this because it has a strong kick!! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Coffee from an automatic coffee machine, no alternative milks, really not worthy for a Michelin restaurant. If you offer coffee I would expect at least a decent espresso machine…. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We appreciate your openness and take all comments seriously.We would like to clarify that we work with a sustainable, high-end coffee roaster and producer (Tlako), whose quality standards align with our own. While we do use an automatic coffee machine, it is a professional, top-tier model chosen deliberately to ensure consistency and quality at our altitude and volume. Many of our Michelin-awarded colleagues follow similar concepts, and coffee preparation methods are not a number one criterion for Michelin recognition.That said, we understand your expectations and will certainly take your remarks into consideration.
