Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questa Guest House. Proprietari simpatici, gentili e super disponibili. Camere molto belle, luogo incantevole. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione, super abbondante ( no dolci solo salato). Vi consiglio di cenare lì, abbiamo mangiato una super grigliata di carne. Prezzi Onestissimi. Punto di riferimento per chi vuole visitare i laghi di Plitvice, noi eravamo in moto.

If you are only looking for a place to stay on the trip and do not want to go to the Plitvice Lakes, the house is a bit too far from the motorway. (Caution, after the toll station you can only drive 50 km/h and there are constant flashers!) On the other hand, you have unbelievable peace and, when the sky is cloudless, a magnificent night sky, since there is hardly any artificial light nearby. It is wonderful to see the Milky Way and the various constellations so clearly. We booked the overnight stay - comfort room for four people - via booking.com. Unfortunately, at first we got a non-renovated apartment. I would give it 2 stars at best. It was made up just a double bed. We should get the rest ourselves. A no go. The sanitary facility was not usable. In a wet room several electrical lines (boiler, lamp connection above the mirror...), which in my opinion were not properly insulated. The apartment did not match the pictures on Booking at all. We were disappointed. We then explained this to the landlady and expressed our displeasure. Voila! Now we got exactly the room as it was described on booking. We just had to wait a bit as it still needed cleaning. That was no problem. In the meantime we had dinner there. And here ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION! We took trout with mixed vegetables and fries and a barbecue plate. Everything tasted great. The vegetables were great. And surprise, there were two trout per person. They were big trout! These were so tender, tasted wonderful. There was also a large plate of tomatoes from our own garden with sheep's cheese. The tomatoes were great. Our new apartment (first left coming up the wooden stairs) was great. Everything super clean. Lots of space. Large living room. Even small kitchen which we didn't need. Nice new bathroom. The beds wonderful. We slept wonderfully. No mosquitoes. Good wifi. Thank you for this good overnight stay! And then a good breakfast, completely different than expected, but wonderful and energetically good for our further journey. Highly recommended for children. There's even a pool. We weren't there though. Too tired in the evening, too cold in the morning. Conclusion: With the right apartment, Guest House Sara Latin is worth every detour.
