Per una buona parte della struttura cosi come del servizio offerto dal personale, le 4 stelle non sono assolutamente giustificate.Alcune camere, per quanto spaziose e a loro tempo accoglienti, necessitano di un impellente aggiornamento. Il bagno, l'arredamento e la moquette risalgono indubbiamente ad almeno 30 orsono.Il ristorante è gradevole e ben presentato. Nondimeno, l'ambiente ricercato non è seguito di pari passo da servizio e cucina.La Spa, benché piacevole e curata, offre il minimo necessario.

DREAM STAY. We just couldn’t leave the Gstaaderhof because our stay felt like a magical fairy tale from the second it started! The rooms are clean and quiet and the food is INCREDIBLE. The customer service impeccable with amazingly kind and attentive staff at the front desk at all times! Lukas provided outstanding customer service and was such a happy sight to see every morning! Julien in the dining room made each meal extra special for us and always remembered our specific dietary likes :) every morning the buffet spread was out of a movie-beautiful with gluten free bread available and avocado toast! We loved every millisecond of our stay. A quick & beautiful walk to town and the Eggli. The entire staff went above and beyond and we have already booked our next stay for August.
