A giudicare dall'opinione degli ospiti, qui i camerieri servono ravioli, tartare e vitello tonnato curatissimi. Potrai avere la certezza di goderti dei gustosi panna cotta, tarte tatin e parfait in questo locale. È una piacevole esperienza provare gli ottimi prosecco, cordiale o sherry secco. Inizia il pasto con un delizioso caffè ristretto.

We were guests at Sant'Anna for the third time and were really looking forward to it. The delicacies from the kitchen enchanted us again and were simply pure enjoyment. A big compliment to the kitchen - bravo. What really spoiled the stay was the service - unfortunately. It's not pleasant when you don't feel welcome as a guest. The young waiter didn't think it was appropriate to smile or provide us with friendly service. Again and again, when he stood behind the counter, the cell phone/mobile was important and pressed on it. A good 10 minutes after we had finished the main course, he was finally able to break away and put our plates away. Well understood, he wasn't stressed as there were only 4 other people present. Then he asked if we wanted coffee. "No, I would like another dessert", which is what we received. Then coffee and coffee bring the bill. For us that meant “please leave, I want to lock up”. We went out and went to the toilet (outside) and he followed shortly afterwards and went to his motorbike - without saying goodbye. Now he had a problem because (thank goodness) he remembered that we were going to the toilet and he couldn't close the gate. The motorcycle is running, he comes back, makes it clear to us with a nervous hand gesture that we should get out. A short “Grazie” and he was gone. After 2 and a half hours and a generous tip (28 euros), no thanks and we didn't even have time for everyone to go to the toilet. All of this is very unfortunate. We'll definitely be back because of the fine food, but hopefully with a waiter who knows his trade and knows what his job means - namely hospitality = friendly to the guest!
