Dear Mr. Marco, I would like to thank you for your recent visit at our resort and for taking the time to respond to our survey. From what I understand you have not stayed in the resort -but purchased a Day at Therme Package. While we appreciate the positive comment about the Spa area overall and grotto, we also thank you for the feed-back provided in regards to the waterfall in the swimming pool and lights in the Saunas. We apologize for your experience. Upon checking there was no malfunctioning and none of the team was aware of the waterfalls not working as they are never stopped. The lights in the Saunas are not off as well -they are very minimal to create a relaxing atmosphere. The lights in the bathrooms are on sensors. Once again, thank you for your feed-back and please do not hesitate to contact me directly upon your return to our resort so that myself personally or our Spa Manager can walk the area with you and ensure you are taken care of.
