Non solo un Hotel. Anche chi non soggiorna in questo elegante albergo, può fermarsi per un aperitivo o visitare il ristorante orientale. Io spesso ho ordinato d’asporto, soprattutto sushi e mi sono trovata sempre bene. Certo i prezzi sono un tantino cari, ma per i prodotti degustati nemmeno eccessivi. E poi il sushi sazia abbastanza, quindi è meglio non esagerare con le porzioni!

Miglior indirizzo per vacanze attive (escursionismo/MTB) a Davos! Camere molto spaziose e confortevoli. Ottima e abbondante colazione. Location molto centrale e comoda. Personale cordiale e competente.

The hotel is very tastefully designed, many small details make your stay more enjoyable, the evening is accompanied by music in all restaurants, very nice. The food in the various restaurants is excellent and the wine selection is great. The service (breakfast and bar) is usually very polite, unfortunately many things are forgotten... extremely long waiting times (significantly too few staff), which is currently unacceptable. Reception is always eager and helpful, but often cannot adequately answer the simplest questions. The location is suitable for Jakobshorn skiing and cross-country skiing, not for the Parsenn side, but there is a hotel shuttle there. The hotel does not have a pool and the prices for the rooms/suites correspond to 5 stars. We had the grand suite 60m2 for 610.-/night and breakfast and 2 glasses of welcome champagne (tip: if you book a suite like this, drink champagne). Handover of the suite without any explanations, no additional service or detailed information about the hotel or leisure activities. TV didn't work and was promptly fixed, tea bags not refilled, 2xKleenex not refilled, kettle for tea only on request, fridge empty and not switched on, no cream/cream for the coffee, coffee capsules also not refilled, 1 telephone didn't work, etc. That It really shouldn't happen in such a high-priced hotel in a luxury suite! The structure and leadership of the hotel management or the responsible people is clearly missing here. We spent 3 nights here and can still recommend the hotel for guests willing to compromise. The hotels we have already visited in Davos: Alpen Gold, Morosani, Hilton etc. are roughly comparable. We hope to contribute to improvement with this honest feedback and are looking forward to the management's reaction. Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic

This is very valuable for us/me and I will discuss it with the departments at the next management meeting. Of course, the small amenities in the room should always be replenished. We only refill the minibar upon request and only then is it discontinued for reasons of sustainability. Regarding the welcome drink that we offer our guests, we chose a nice Prosecco from Vergani, as everyone likes it very much. Information about the hotel and the Davos Klosters destination is available on the TV in the hotel room, via QR code in our morning post and can also be obtained in person at reception. Or of course also with me and other locals in the Grischa team. We would be happy if you visit us again and we can demonstrate (improved) our hospitality and service qualities.
