The staff and owners of this restaurant are very kind, and their welcome is really appreciable . I was delighted to discover their cuisine with two friends. However, a few things could be improved for a better experience: The risotto, although generously served, did not resemble a classic risotto: the rice used did not seem suitable, and the sauce was watery and separated from the rice. Perhaps it would be useful to revise the recipe for a creamier and more consistent result. The tagliatelle with pesto was accompanied by cream, which is a departure from the traditional recipe based on olive oil, basil, pine nuts and garlic. A more authentic version might appeal more to your customers. The malakoffs, although small, were very good , and the tiramisu, pleasant, would perhaps have benefited from being a little more flavored with a touch of liqueur. We appreciated that the owner took the time to come see us and offer a replacement for the dishes, which demonstrates a real concern for customer satisfaction . However, we didn't want to wait any longer as the service was a bit slow that day . The experience, although generally decent, could become excellent with a few adjustments.
