Today for lunch I went to the green bar. First I called to ask for information and since I was alone, I didn't book. I go there sometimes for breakfast. For lunch it was the first time. I had read some rather negative reviews, but I had a great time. Half of the room is for the bar and half for lunch. I enjoyed some excellent borage ravioli with a good fresh vegetable sauce. The service staff immediately asked me if I liked it. For the second course I had a salad with very fresh bresaola, good cheese, olives, walnuts, datterini tomatoes and lettuce. Truly succulent. The only flaw: the cheese had a crust. When the waitress came to ask me how it went, I told her and she said that a lot of people eat the crust. I replied to her: I too eat the rind of certain cheeses, but this being a mature one, no. She replied: I will point this out. Then I had a delicious coffee, I think illy. Also noteworthy are the super good bread and breadsticks. In short, super food, service and environment.
