Pranzare in questo ristorante con una magnifica vista su La Cisterna Romana della Dragonara sarà una memorabile esperienza per i clienti. Parecchi ospiti trovano il personale competente. Ho appena concluso un brevissimo soggiorno a Ponza, isola incantevole, ho alloggiato all’Hotel Santa Domitilla, non serve descrivere aspetti positivi ed eventuali piccole negatività’. Desidererei solo poter trasmettere la grande piacevolezza che ho assaporato in questo albergo, per la posizione, la natura lussureggiante, per le piscine, per l ‘ottimo cibo ma soprattutto per l’accoglienza amorevole che ci ha riservato la signora Filippa, responsabile di sala, che nonostante fosse giunta ai suoi ultimi 3 giorni lavorativi, dopo un’intensa stagione estiva, ci ha accolto e accompagnato nella scelta dei cibi, con garbo, entusiasmo, grande professionalità e simpatia . Il miglior hotel di Ponza! La struttura è molto curata e pulita. La zona piscine è assolutamente il pezzo forte del Santa Domitilla. Ottimo anche il servizio ristorazione per la colazione (staff super gentile). Abbiamo anche cenato una sera e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Se torneremo a Ponza, prenoteremo senza dubbio qui! Overpriced and zero service We were very disappointed with our one week stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very well located, the garden and the decoration are very good. These are the only positives! We paid €310/night and it was absolutely not worth it. The room is very small The shower works badly (hose of very poor quality) Tiny balcony, no chair Very noisy and poorly soundproofed room On the website there is a Beach Club page, located on the Frontone beach. This is misleading content, the hotel has no beach, we had to pay 60 € / day for 2 deckchairs and an umbrella as well as the boat to go there (14 € day for 2 people). That's 74 € more / day !! Totally disorganized breakfast service, not enough space, the tables are dirty, the waiters come when you have finished asking if you want a coffee Restaurant without more No communication from reception, lots of staff, but no information, it's very administrative, not a kind word, not advice on where to go, places to visit, they are there to charge. And the must: Wifi almost absent from the rooms (this is normal according to the reception!). I usually travel to the islands (Favignana, Capri, Ischia, Lipari ...), and in a 4 star hotel at this price it is unacceptable not to have wi fi I am very disappointed with this hotel Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet
