Hotel in bella posizione, ampio e comodo parcheggio, ampie stanze.

Good afternoon. I have just finished my stay at the Grand Hotel Fagiano Palace. Here are my considerations: it is an adorable place, with excellent room management. Friendly staff and high quality breakfast. However, there is a problem that ruined my experience: during the night (between the hours of 00:00 and 4:00) a man who was not particularly tall and quite robust was wandering around the corridors, furious, using a 'private elevator to speed up your movement times. He knocked on the doors of the residents of the facility. The aforementioned individual discriminated against the guests with decidedly scurrilous statements (which unfortunately I cannot quote), also accusing them of being noisy and disturbing the peace. While reciting the rude expressions, he stared at the guests with a menacing look. I felt scared. I hope it's a solvable situation, as it greatly ruined my experience, which, if it hadn't been for this aspect, would have been excellent Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Great value
