Dear Ivo, thank you for your review, however, it is far from true. Calamari generally have a very low risk for food poisoning, especially when prepared well, and taken care regarding all the health laws, which we take very seriously. Maybe you were allergic to something, maybe you ate something else or somewhere else, and we are very sorry you had to go through that. Our waiters are paid more than fair wages and are treated like family. We sleep, eat and work together. If you wish, you can tip one waiter directly, and then that tip is fully his. When you ask for a bill, the owner, as usual in family businesses, comes and completes the transaction. In case you leave a tip at that time, it goes in a collected fund which all of the waiters equally share at the end of the day. So, it again, goes to them. Unsupported accusations of this magnitude, unfair working conditions and poisonous food, will not be allowed on this account. Please, for next time, do your research on family businesses, workers, wages, tips, health requirements and ingredient freshness, before you make comments like this, here or on any other restaurants.
