Consiglio sicuramente questo bellissimo posto. Panino buonissimo tempi d'attesa molto corti nonostante l'orario di punta. Ma purtroppo mi devo limitare solo a 4 stelle perché un locale così bello e moderno senza clima all'interno mi ha lasciato un po l'amaro in bocca. Se c'è caldo fuori mi piace un po di clima, non al massimo ma un po.... comunque consiglio sicuramente questo bellissimo Imbiss.

Ci sono stato 3 volte, le prime due kebab e birra ottimi, l ultima volta sfortunatamente il kebab era orribile e la birra scialita... facendo la media...

I recently bought a DönerBox at Gourmet 53, attracted by the restaurant's chic appearance and the auspicious "gourmet" label. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not live up to the expectations raised by the name. The quality of the meat was disappointing; it had an unusual taste that I have never experienced before, even though I eat kebab frequently. The meat seemed to be made from low-quality cuts or even leftovers, and it was coated in an abundance of spices that were probably intended to disguise the taste. Although I was hungry after a long day at work and the DönerBox satisfied my hunger, the experience was anything but as satisfactory. I probably won't go there a second time. Of course, it could be that I'm used to particularly high-quality meat and other guests are satisfied with the quality. Nevertheless, I hope that my criticism is taken as constructive feedback, because I definitely see room for improvement. Another detail that struck me: I was not given the opportunity to choose which ingredients I wanted in my kebab box. The box was simply completed and handed to me without any questions. At other kebab snacks you can usually choose between different salads, sauces and other ingredients to tailor the meal to your own taste. I'm not sure if this is standard procedure at Gourmet 53 or if the staff just didn't feel like accommodating customers' requests that day. Despite all of these negative points, I have to say that the staff seemed very friendly, which at least made the visit made it a little more pleasant. The location of the restaurant is also advantageous, which certainly attracts many potential customers. It would be nice if the food could live up to this first good impression. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 10–20
