Dopo aver visto la Hilltop 15th Century Church of St. George in Old Town Primosten, potrebbe essere una bella idea andare in questo ristorante. We walked in to this restaurant (granted without having made a booking beforehand) based on the rave reviews it had on Google & saw an empty table for two with no 'Reserved' sign on it. "Excellent", we thought, but when we tried to ask if we could sit at this table, we were swiftly turned away by a very rude & grumpy older lady who just shouted at us that it was fully booked & that there was no space. When we mentioned that the free table was free & had no 'Reserved' sign on it, she got angrier & more or less motioned for us to leave (with impatient, angry gestures).Not the right way to treat potential customers & is, quite frankly, an idiotic way to run a restaurant business during an ongoing pandemic. Shameful!Although, this might have been a blessing in disguise, actually, because we ended up at Konoba Tereza instead & were treated with the utmost respect that paying customers deserve when choosing somewhere to eat & drink (i.e. where to spend their money) & had one of the best meals during our travels in Croatia.Please avoid Gostionica Varos because they obviously don't treat paying customers with any respect or kindness & go directly to Konoba Tereza instead for a vastly superior dining experience!
