Una cena sensazionale, i piatti erano tutti super invitanti, tant’è che non sapevamo deciderci. Abbiamo provato il pane all’aglio e la focaccia (specialità del giorno) : fenomenale Come piatto principale un ramen e un giros, mai provato qualcosa di così buono Ah e il tutto senza glutine e vegano - zero stress per me e la mia amica le intolleranze a lattosio e glutine Non vedo l’ora di scoprire il prossimo menu! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 40–50 Vegetarian options: Tutto vegetariano e/o vegano Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

As a vege family it was a lovely surprise to find that the first restaurant we looked at was a fully vegetarian/vegan one, and nice to see that it was full of people happy to eat veggie, given that it is a risk for someone to run a purely veggie place. We were told a reservation was needed (that seems to be the case everywhere for dinner in the resort) but they kindly squeezed my daughter and I in at the bar on our first visit when we didn't have one. Good selection of food. Very tasty and seemed nutritionally balanced compared with veggie options you get in many places. Had the tofu satay and on a second visit the udon ramen. My daughter can be quite a fussy eater but enjoyed a simpler pasta dish (both visits). The desserts were also good. The atmosphere inside is traditional (great view in one direction) with quite a few subtle features that kids might find interesting. Bettmeralp has been a great discovery for us and this restaurant played a part in making it a special holiday.. Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: It's a fully veggie restaurant so plenty of options. Dietary restrictions: Most dishes have a vegan option and those needing gluten free seem well catered for.

We’re really glad we visited Gletschertisch. Not only because it offers a refreshing vegetarian/vegan alternative, but because it takes real courage to do so in an area where restaurants are traditionally very meat-focused. The staff were genuinely some of the friendliest and most welcoming people we’ve met — warm, attentive, and creating such a cozy atmosphere. It’s wonderful to have a place like this here, giving guests the option to enjoy plant-based dishes in the mountains. A special spot, and definitely worth supporting.
