Hello, we are very sorry for your negative experience. The staff was sensitized following your feedback. When the weather is good, the glacier bar is open until 3:50 p.m.

Incredibly beautiful view and a really nice bartender who, among other things, prepared bratwursts in the winter. Only recommended. Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were there at 11:30 a.m.... only nuts and chips... according to the menu, bratwurst, sandwiches... etc. none of that. Totally unmotivated team... once and never again... it's a shame Price per person: CHF 20–30
