Siamo stati da Gimmi qualche sera fa. Esperienza eccezionale e indimenticabile. Siamo stati colpiti da una location suggestiva, elegante e storica. La cordialità del personale è unica, siamo stati accompagnati durante la cena in ogni minimo dettaglio, avendo anche la possibilità di ascoltare la storia del ristorante raccontata da Alessandro. Abbiamo scelto il menù Solenoide di 4 portate, con l'aggiunta di una amuse bouche e della piccola pasticceria alla fine omaggiate dallo chef. Abbiamo abbinato il tutto a dei vini consigliati dalla sommelier. Il menù e l'abbinamento del vino sono stati eccezionali, non solo una cena, ma una vera e propria esperienza culinaria.
