Michelin style restaurants can have a reputation for being over the top, pretentious and dishes that don't really deliver the experience expected. Well Georgie Bistro has exceeded my expectations on all 3 counts. Smart yet playful interiors and service on the casual attentive side. Good background music too. Beef cheeks, strong flavours yet melt in your mouth. Im not huge fan of cheese but the Pamasan cheesecake is something foodies live for. Those dam that's good moments. Would definitely go back and try everything else on the menu. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The newly opened Georgie Bistro is all that Monstera used to be and more. The food is exceptionally prepared and delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is lovely, if slightly exposed. A recommended visit for anyone who enjoys the fine dining experience and good food. The prices are a bit steep but not exorbitantly so for what you're getting. Parking: As with most places in the centre of Ljubljana, parking is available on the nearby streets or parking garages. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €45–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Striploin Steak 240g Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid street parking, Paid parking garage
