Do not miss this restaurant! Absolutely our best meals of the trip (we went multiple times). Everything is made fresh. The owners have an absolute passion that shows through their food and their service. 6 stars if it was possible! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

During our honeymoon in Trapani, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Gennaio30 Bistrot, and it turned out to be the highlight of our two-week trip to Sicily. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with exceptional service and a warm atmosphere. The waiter went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the evening. Despite the language barrier, he patiently explained each dish on the menu to us in perfect English, which was greatly appreciated as we were visiting from Ireland. His knowledge and enthusiasm added an extra touch of delight to our dining experience. Now, let’s talk about the food! The dishes that came out of the kitchen were nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was prepared with utmost care and attention to detail, resulting in an absolute delight! Gennaio30 Bistrot is a true gem that showcases the best of Sicilian cuisine. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, this restaurant deserves a visit. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
