I ordered a product weeks ago and paid by credit card. A week later, I had a payment request. When I questioned this, an automatic response advised me that this was likely a scam. 3 emails later, and I still have not heard back from them where my product was. EDIT: eventually, I received a response, assuring me delivery of the products. I made abundantly clear by which date I needed them and that if not delivered by then, I wished to cancel my order. Needless to say, my products did not arrive on the agreed upon date, as promised, but instead, several days later (I.e. my order wasn’t cancelled as discussed either). Probably a decent range of products, but abysmal customer service and delivery. Wouldn’t order there again. The promised “resolution” simply consisted of a late delivery, no further measures taken other than a slew of emails asking me to change my rating. In light of the fact that my products did eventually arrive and I’d prefer not to be pestered again, I’ll change my rating to 2 stars. Update: since I got pestered at 2 in the morning in December 30, I’ll downgrade to a more appropriate 1 star again.
