We come here to taste gelato. We tasted chocolate one. So we come back two hours later to get the gelato. They change the ice cream to the same one BUT WITH CHILLI. So it’s now spicy. I can’t eat spice and let her know. And she just goes “ oh we change flavor. Sorry .” Not a, let me exchange because we should have said we changed this flavor. Just stood there and couldn’t care less. Go somewhere else where they actually have better customer service. Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We're very sorry to read this comment. We think there might have been a little misunderstanding. We make over 80 different gelato flavors and they rotate throughout the day- as soon as one runs out, we swap in a fresh one. Our chocolate without chili is super popular, so it probably sold out within a couple of hours and got replaced by the next flavor on rotation. We really try to make everyone happy with our flavors, but our display case can only hold 24 at a time :)

A small little shop tuck in the corner with a friendly staff. They give a free small tiny scoop on top of what you ordered which is really cute. Kids get a small animal figurine on top of their ice cream too! Price is reasonable and the dark chocolate was fantasticcccccc. Highly recommend! Best gelato outside of Italy. This place is legit, and those 5 stars are not fake. Only gelato / ice cream open late in Lucerne and worth the walk. You will not be disappointed. Very friendly service. High step to enter so not wheelchair accessible if on your own. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
