Thank you for your review Unfortunately your description of the situation is incomplete and does not accurately reflect what happened As a gesture of goodwill, i personally gave your children extra waffles and small flags free of charge. These items were not included in your purchase and were simply gifts that ı often give to chıldren visiting our shop Deepsite this ,the flags were thrown on the groundan additional ones were requested Regarding the receipt, it was issued and placed in front of you.However as you wre ovcupied with your children at the time it appears that you did not notüce it. The was later disposed of acording to standard procedure. After your departure oyr team spent considerable time cleaning and restorğng the area you had used. We value honest feedback, but we also believe iyit is important that reviews present the full picture of the experience!!!
