Wonderful experience having a chef at home for our group birthdays! Alvar has concocted a delicious, creative menu with original and well-balanced flavors, while introducing us to new taste combinations. Always with quality local products. Asparagus soup, zander ballotins with black garlic and candied lemon... And the vegetarian variant is just as colorful and tasty: risotto with candied beans and tomatoes, saffron emulsion... From the starter to the dessert, every detail was careful, aesthetic and delicious. Our nieces aged 10 and 14 were able to discover the same menu. We all had a great time. I ordered a buffet dinner for 20 people, I am really delighted with Chef Alvar's performance. The Chef is very professional, organized, open and attentive! My guests and I were won over by the high quality, local cuisine, as well as the excellent service. Vegetarian options: The Chef listens to his customers. Just watch with him! Dietary restrictions: The Chef is attentive to special diets, and adapts his menus accordingly. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Magnificent discovery Everything was perfect! The alchemy of flavors, respect for the seasons and products, the beauty of the dishes. Nothing to say. Alvar delights our taste buds with “classic” dishes, but with very personal and cutting-edge touches that we don’t necessarily find in our latitudes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
