My wife and I went to Adler in Rorbas for a quick "date dinner". Having grown up in Rorbas, I had been at Adler before, but it's been years so I was keen to go again. Though the old rustical house was large and we didn't find the dinner hall immediately, all of our experience at Adler was amazing. While all of the menu resembles a classic Western European homestyle cuisine including some local specialties, there was nothing to criticize negatively about our meal: Both our asparagus soup and green salad with homemade dressig were rich and delicious. Our main dishes — minced veal liver with Rösti and Vienna-style Schnitzel with French fries — were perfect. Indeed I haven't eaten a Schnitzel were the meat was so tender and the breading was this wonderfully done in a long time! This together with attentive and friendly service resulted in an impeccable experience. We will be sure to return soon! Thank you.
