Cioccolato di ottima qualità, dalla consistenza particolare, un po’ cremosa, praline dal sapore intenso, dagli abbinamenti forti e coraggiosi. Squisito!!

A local gem. I asked the visitor’s centre if there was wine tasting in the old city, and they said no (???? ) I’m glad by chance we stumbled upon this place. It’s a local chocolatier run by a mother and son. They offer wine tasting with local wines plus pairings with chocolates made in house, fresh. Why drive to a winery (poor designated driver doesn’t get to drink) when you have the options of 3 - 5 wines to taste, plus home made chocolates in heart of Hvar town? We spent an hour chatting to the owner, tasting 5 different wines and various chocolates. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic chocs and pralines, especially if you know what a good quality chocolate tastes like. I am not talking about sugary trash such as Milka and Lindt, that the majority of people have the proclivity to like because it is "easy" on the palate. Gamulin chocolates are for people who appreciate the real taste of cocoa, the sibgle origin. For me, these chocs wete a hige and positive surprise and it is a pity one cannot find them further than Jelsa. Anything with carob just blew my mind! Kudos to the prpducer
