Il personale più scortese dell’universo. Entrate in 4 persone e nemmeno il tempo di togliere il giubbotto e accomodarci che la barista ha rimproverato una mia amica perché era davanti alla fotocellula della porta. Ovviamente il tavolo era attaccato all’ingresso. Il bar è sprovvisto di un fasciatoio per neonati. Insomma locale tipico con caffè scadente e personale ancor di più! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Pessimo. La cameriera è stata molto maleducata fin da quando siamo entrate. 4 mamme con 4 passeggini, bimbi di massimo 7 mesi, siamo entrate per bere un caffè e, visto il poco posto disponibile - ovviamente i passeggini sono abbastanza ingombranti - stavamo valutando dove poterci sedere senza bloccare il passaggio alle altre persone; invece di venire a darci una mano, la cameriera con tono maleducato ci ha detto di spostarci dalla porta d'ingresso perché essendoci la fotocellula la porta era rimasta aperta e che le signore di un tavolo lì vicino stavano prendendo freddo (...). Non dico che si sarebbe dovuta fiondare per darci una mano, ma almeno ci avesse lasciato un minuto per sistemarci, ci saremmo allontanate dalla porta d'ingresso quanto prima. P. S. Il bagno è sprovvisto di fasciatoio, quindi non cómodo per chi ha bimbi piccoli. Pessima esperienza, non ci torneremo di certo. Service: 1

It’s kind of a ripoff to charge 8€ for a small tiramisu (highly probably not even made by themselves) that comes with whipped cream on top of it? Please enlighten me if this is a typical type of tiramisu from this region because I’ve never seen tiramisu served with whipped cream in my life. Probably my fault that I didn’t ask the price before ordering though, hence two stars lol.

Non spreco nemmeno troppe parole: barista scortese e scorbutica. Una volta si prestava più attenzione all'educazione del personale assunto (dato fondamentale per stare a contatto con il pubblico). Non professionale. Il cameriere invece gentile ed educato. 2 spritz 14 euro e fatti male (sgasati e leggeri). Mai più. C'è di meglio a Grado! Service: 1

Eigentlich nettes Café, wenn nicht viele unausgepackte Kartons und Transportwagen direkt neben den wenigen Tischen im Innenraum stehen würden, dadurch wirkt es ungemütlich. Kaffee ist gut, aber teuerer als in anderen Cafés. Zudem Kellnerin unfreundlich. Service: 2 Location: 4

Bar which for me was a point of reference especially when arriving by bike in the center of Grado. Service has gotten worse over the years, today's experience is terrible. €14 for a small dessert, a ginseng is a zero Coca-Cola. Not even a bowl of chips even if requested. Prices outside of what is the norm. We are not at the Caffè degli Specchi in Trieste. The latest reviews say it all. Activity destined for a sunset not too far away. I'm hoping for a change of management.

I am giving one star because unfortunately giving 0 is not possible. Very poor service, grumpy waitress with little attention to customers. Prices certainly too high for the service offered and the quality of the products. Definitely a place I strongly advise against anyone going. Incommentabile...a parte la bontà della pastina anche se carissima come neanche in piazza a Venezia...personale incompetente e lentissimo anche perché ogni due per tre sbagliavano ordinazione...non mi capacito come facciano a restare aperti

Extremely unfriendly waitress. Doesn't know much about the sweets on offer in the display case. The tart was so hard that you couldn't eat it. After complaining, she didn't speak to us again. Food: 1 Service: 1

Very bad experience. Prices outside the norm for normal croissants, nothing special (2 euros each, even the empty one), not very good coffee and above all a cappuccino with non-existent foam. A breakfast for two = 9.50 euros of nothing. To maintain certain prices, either you offer excellent products or you don't justify it. Everywhere is better. We won't be back again. €3.50 for a 1/2 liter plastic bottle of water. 2 coffees and 1 macchiattone for a total of 10€ a bit expensive! An unpleasant odor in the toilets But the thing that left me stunned was the dark-haired lady at the counter who, when I went in to ask for the bill, replied: ask the one who has the tray for the receipt Whether it was the daughter or an employee, it doesn't matter. All you had to do was ask the waitress! You just can't hear that! I don't recommend it

Bar to be avoided absolutely, €5.50 for a cappuccino and a brioche, where 2 steps away you pay €3 for the same breakfast. Let's not talk about the rudeness of the staff as well as their slowness in service. Stay away Grado offers better . Service: 1 Location: 4
