(1) You barely enter the restaurant that staff ask you « yes please, yes please ». Man give me a minute to look at the card menu. If at least the preparation was quick, I waited exactly 25 min for 2 burgers and a pomme frite.
( 2) credit card policy:
your credit card policy is really bad. If you do not accept credit card, make it clear and write « no credit card at the entrance ». Once my credit card was refused but the credit card terminal was next to the machine.
(3) unfriendly staff ( skinny guy)
Please allow me to tell you that the « skinny » Turkish guy ( with necklace) was very unfriendly in his behavior and attitude. As an advise, he should understand that people may have less patience than me and he might find himself in trouble for carrying this attitude.
I usually don’t trashtalk business but I hope you will use at least this customer feedback to change a few things on your business
