Cameriera gentile, tempi di attesa improponibili 40 minuti per un insalata con pollo e il piatto del giorno, qualità pessima, il pollo probabilmente scaduto o non conservato giustamente, polpette insipide e riso scotto. Non so come faccia ad avere più di 4 stelle. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 20–30

Due giorni fa mi sono fermato solo per un drink e mi sono dimenticato il portafoglio sul bancone.. un applauso all'onestà e alla gentilezza del personale che me lo hanno tenuto da parte ed erano addirittura disposti ad aspettare oltre l'orario di chiusura per permettermi di recuperarlo!! GRAZIE

We were a group of twelve dining at this restaurant, and our experience was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, the apparent manager was rather unfriendly, telling us not to stand in the way. We were informed upfront that food preparation would take over an hour, which we accepted. However, the dishes arrived at highly inconsistent times, even within our smaller group of six at the table. I ordered Tagliata with potatoes, and when I took my first bite of the potatoes, I bit down on something extremely hard. To my shock, I discovered it was a pebble. When I informed the same unfriendly manager, he immediately dismissed my claim, insisting it couldn’t be true - even though five other people at the table witnessed the incident. After inspecting the object, he acknowledged that it was indeed a stone, claiming it must have come from the potato sack and that he had never encountered such a thing in 25 years. There was no apology whatsoever and no offer of compensation. Additionally, some of the items we ordered never arrived. The food itself was below average—bland, poorly seasoned, the pasta was dry, and the meat was overcooked despite specifically requesting medium or medium-rare. Overall, an unpleasant experience with rude service, excessively long wait times, subpar food, and a serious food safety issue that was handled poorly. Definitely not recommended.
