Ginger Bistrot is an absolute gem in Monte San Savino. Nestled just outside the medieval boundary wall, right next to the main gate into the city center, the atmosphere here is simply magical. Whether you're looking for a perfect spot for an aperitivo or a delightful dinner with typical Italian products, this place has it all. The cocktails are outstanding, featuring a carefully curated selection of spirits, especially gins. The food is equally impressive – their focaccia is the best in town, and the cold cuts are of the highest quality. They offer a variety of main courses, including pasta, risotto, and more, all deliciously prepared. The prices are totally affordable, especially considering the location and the quality of both the drinks and the food. One of the highlights is the music. There’s always a nice selection playing in the background, creating the perfect setting for your meals and aperitifs. On weekends, you can often enjoy live DJ performances, with Sunday nights featuring charming Italian music. However, the real standout at Ginger Bistrot is the staff.
