All of the hot food has to be made fresh per day included sushi rice. The sushi rice is ready to use, so each order we have to heat it up for client. And rest of food/meat/sea food and sauce we cook base on each order, which is NOT microwave can handle. Sorry for giving you such expensive feeling.
