First visit to Fujin Sushi and we were really impressed! The only small downside was a bit of a wait before the sushi arrived, but everything was made fresh and it was definitely worth it. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the aburi sushi (in Murakami sushi platter) was perfectly torched with just the right amount of sear. Their special rolls were the real highlight of the meal! ️ Honu Roll – Highly recommended if you like a little spice! It comes with tempura prawn inside and minced tuna on the outside, making it both delicious and excellent value. Hotate Roll – A must-try for scallop lovers. We haven't seen scallop sushi offered anywhere else in the Basel tri-border region, so this was a real standout. We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
