The weight of the meat is chosen by the customer from the available steaks: the minimum cuts are 1kg but (we reiterate) not because we choose it but because of the characteristics of the loin. We sell meat from cattle that weigh tons so it is physiological that the sizes are generous! Just take a look at our maturing cell at the entrance to the restaurant to understand what type of meat we deal with! The distinction we make between a pizzeria or a grill restaurant is unsustainable for you, not for the hundreds of customers who choose us every evening! On the other hand, this distinction is not made to impose on the customer what to choose but to position his table on the seafront where we serve pizza EXCLUSIVELY or inside in the garden where we serve both meat and pizza! We sincerely hope that Google evaluates his review as it is certainly possible that he waited a few MINUTES too long for the wine but it is IMPOSSIBLE that the meat was not available! The good and the bad about our business is that we often come across customers who have never set foot in a barbecue restaurant in the true sense of the word. We love explaining the characteristics of our fine meats to these customers who in almost all cases appreciate both the explanation and the meat itself. Then unfortunately there is that small percentage who doesn't understand or pretends not to understand and starts babbling in mendacious or in any case unrealistic reviews! Good evening.More
