Of course, there is no arguing about taste. But we are glad that our Pad Thai enjoys such a large number of regular customers, as it is ordered several hundred times a week. We are happy to assure you that the ingredients are all 100% original Thai recipes. If you were wondering about the lack of red color, that's because we don't add ketchup or (as is often the case in Thailand) artificially colored shrimp oil. We also roast our peanuts by hand in the wok every day, which results in roasted flavors that are not otherwise present in every Pad Thai. We're not entirely sure what is meant by the effort comment. If it's about the lack of decoration (as a guest you can't actually judge the entire effort if you don't watch the preparation from morning to evening): We would really like to take more time for beautiful decoration. In order to shorten the waiting time for our customers, we do not do this. Otherwise we would unfortunately have a lot of impatient and dissatisfied customers, as we almost constantly have a queue at the stand at lunchtime from around 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Your Chao Naa teamMore
