Questo locale propone piatti a prezzi ragionevoli. È sempre una buona idea sperimentare qualcosa di nuovo e godersi un ambiente silenzioso. We finished the first section of the Via Spluga, hungry and exhausted, and sat down at the restaurant. Some of the dishes were well prepared and good, although small, and some were simply not worth their price. We tried the expensive steak, 54 Swiss francs. It arrived lukewarm, cooked equally well inside and out, without any burning or crust. The potato flower was not cooked to perfection and the potatoes were hard. For those who are really hungry and want to eat well at a reasonable price, this is probably not the place. Price per person: CHF 70–80 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Dear "fdgsdfg hasharon147" Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed some of our dishes and appreciate your honest feedback. Our restaurant follows a multi-course dining concept, which is why our dishes are intentionally served in smaller portions. This allows our guests to enjoy several courses and experience a variety of flavours throughout the meal. We understand, however, that after a long day hiking the Via Spluga, this style of dining may not necessarily suit every appetite. Regarding the steak, the serving temperature can naturally vary depending on the requested degree of doneness. A pronounced sear or crust is not part of our preparation of this particular beef steak.
