This morning, around 2 o'clock, I headed to American Donut Food Wood, hoping to satisfy my hunger and treat myself to a meal. The order was simple: a burger, a sandwich with kulen and – most importantly – fries. After ten minutes of waiting, the order arrived. But instead of a pleasant snack, I was met with a real disaster. The burger was put together incorrectly - with side dishes that were not ordered, and the meat was undercooked, almost raw. And where were the fries? He was forgotten. When I asked what happened, I was told that the fries had yet to be prepared and would arrive in ten minutes. I was freezing outside, but I was willing to wait because French fries are sacred. They promised me that they would bring it to the car. 15 minutes have passed. No one was coming. Finally, I gathered the strength and went to check what was going on. I was greeted inside by an employee who, cold as night, said that his workplace was inside the kiosk and that he did not take orders outside, despite another employee previously telling me the opposite. And when I finally got my fries, they were cold. Cold as my disappointed soul. I stood there, already 25 minutes, fighting with my own nerves. When I said I didn't want cold fries and asked for a refund, instead of an apology, I got a handful of change - as if they were mocking my disappointment. This situation isn't just bad service - it's a personal attack on all French fries lovers. This is not something I can keep quiet about. American Donut Food Wood's message: Fries aren't just a side dish. He is a symbol of happiness, and you destroyed that happiness. Never again.
