We had kebabs from the Persian restaurant inside Food Halle 15, and I have to say — it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The saffron rice was aromatic and perfectly cooked, and the kebabs were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really taste the freshness and the attention to detail in how everything is prepared. What stood out most was the authentic Persian touch — the balance of spices, the grilled meat, and that hint of saffron that ties the whole dish together beautifully. It’s easily one of the best kebab meals I’ve had in Lausanne, and the presentation made it even more enjoyable. The service was friendly and quick, and the overall setup of Food Halle 15 gives you plenty of choice and a lively, modern atmosphere. It’s a great place to come with friends or family, try different cuisines, and enjoy high-quality food without the formality of a restaurant.
