just got a coke zero, was asked if the glass bottle should be opened and I simply said yes please, but not only was it opened but put in a plastic cup with ice due to the hot weather, which was very welcome gesture, simple thing but I felt welcome, thanks! :) Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
