First of all: Certainly one of the best shops of this type in the region, even beyond Limone. In the summer we often missed Focacceria Dal Piasarot because it was always super full, no matter what time of day. You may have to have some patience... The young team has clearly hit a real nerve here, because there is finally something other than pizza and normal sandwiches. And in really delicious versions too. A real enrichment for the quick menu in lime for small or medium hunger in between. Today it finally worked! But even at the beginning of November the store is still busy. The selection is very good and the various ingredients are diverse and creative. For example, there are a whole range of different delicious creams available as spreads. The ingredients all seem fresh and of good quality. Given the high throughput, you should expect all the ingredients to be fairly fresh anyway. It's fun to watch the guys prepare everything behind their open counter, from baking the bread to cutting sausage, ham, bacon and other ingredients to packaging the focaccia. They don't skimp on the ingredients. We had the Piasarot with beef capaccio, pistachio cream and chopped hazelnuts. Also the Quattro Stagioni with cooked ham, mozzarella and artichoke cream. Both really delicious and very rich but taste completely different. That's how it should be! The price of €9 or €7 is okay. Plus a nice spritz and a beer. Fits! The good pieces are nicely packaged so that you can eat them directly on site. Or “To Go” to eat them during the hike after a successful climb to Monte Bestone. The atmosphere is nice and modern with small wooden high tables and stools, but only has space for a few guests. It's not a restaurant either. Only the young colleague at the checkout sometimes looks more like a bouncer than an approachable service employee. A little less “coolness” would further enhance the otherwise relaxed atmosphere. But no matter what, “To Go” or “To Stay”, we will check back here often. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
