Fluffy Café in Geneva is a Gluten-Free Fantasy Come True As someone who has to eat 100% gluten-free, I’ve learned not to expect much when dining out — but Fluffy Café in Geneva absolutely blew me away. This isn’t just a gluten-free spot. It’s a total gem, where every bite feels like it was made with intention, joy, and serious skill. I tried their seasonal gazpacho soufflé and strawberry soufflé, and I still can’t get over how perfect they were. The gazpacho soufflé was warm, fluffy, and savory in all the right ways — like a comforting embrace with a burst of summer flavor. Then the strawberry soufflé… wow. It was pillowy, airy, slightly crisp on top, and bursting with real strawberry essence. Sweet but balanced. Light yet indulgent. Even the drinks were incredible — so thoughtfully made and refreshing. You can taste the quality in every sip. And I have to shout out the owner, who is truly a sweetheart. Warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a space where people with dietary needs don’t have to compromise. You can feel the love in everything — from the presentation to the flavors to the cozy atmosphere. Whether you’re gluten-free or not, Fluffy Café is an absolute must when in Geneva.
