Bad service, impolite, arrogant staff, no customer orientation at all. After half an hour waiting in the queue during the night, we were not served, and not even informed that they would not take any more orders. Vis island has plenty of nice places, bars and restaurants with excellent service, but Fast Food Porat was a big disappointment for us.

We are sorry for your bad experience. You can't say we are arrogant because we couldn't serve you. As you saw there was many people waiting and we are not allowed to take new orders after 2 am. After 2 am we were serving people for 20 …We are sorry for your bad experience. You can't say we are arrogant because we couldn't serve you. As you saw there was many people waiting and we are not allowed to take new orders after 2 am. After 2 am we were serving people for 20 minutes after but only for orders made before 2 am. We are sorry so we can offer you a free sandwich in regular working time to make you experience better. Thank you.More
