Come here for some rest after a long walk around Observation Decks. Check out great coffee. Many people say that the service is terrific. But this bar is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Excellent place to go for a good cup of coffee and to select from their home made sandwiches or other delights. Great to wait before or after checking in your flight. Pleasant service and fairly priced.

Am letzten Sonntag besuchte ich mit vier weiteren Person die Fashion Café Bar am Zürcher Flughafen – und verliess sie entrüstet wieder. Grund dafür war die äusserst unfreundliche Bedienung (auf dem Namensschild stand der Name Ratko). Es ist beinahe lachhaft aber eigentlich sehr traurig wie wir als Kunden behandelt wurden. Der Kunde sollte ja grundsätzlich König sein. Dies war aufgrund der folgend geschilderten Ergebnissen sicher nicht der Fall. Mehr noch, ein solches Verhalten ist erniedrigend und muss unterbunden werden.- Jemand von uns wollte nichts trinken. Klar kann man in so einer Situation auf den Konsumationszwang hinweisen. R. sagte jedoch: " Was denken Sie sich eigentlich? Wir müssen ja Umsatz machen."- Als uns die Kaffes serviert wurden und beim Espresso ein Glas Wasser dabei war, fragte ich ob ich für den Cappucino auch eins haben könne. Für dieses Anliegen hatte R. ein harsches "Nein!" übrig. Kann man hier von Kundenfreundlichkeit reden?- Als R. dann zur Überraschung doch noch mit einem Wasserglas auftauchte (es hatte gefühlte 1.12 dl Inhalt) meinte er kühn: "Kostet dann 20 Rappen extra!" Eingefordert wurden diese jedoch nie.- Beim Bezahlen fragte R.: "Was bleibt für mich übrig?" Dies im Wunsche wohl noch etwas Trinkgeld für seine super Service abzusahnen.
