Bel ristorante a San Gallo.Qualità cibo top.Piatti curati e ben impiattati.Prezzi adeguati alla zona ed al livello culinario.Servizio veloce ed attento.Vista molto ampia sulla città.Consigliatissimo!

Loved this spot. It sits just above the Abbey. There is bus service and a funicular available to get you most of the way but if you are not driving or taking a taxi, there is a little bit of an uphill walk to the property. Our room was beautiful and classy and large. Breakfast was plentiful. It was somewhat self service, but everything you needed was available and we were more than satisfied. The woman working there who has been there over 23 years was delightful and friendly and helpful and responded to any request we had.

My husband and I stayed here with our four-month old baby. The room was well-appointed, but note that there is no reception and all service is done through the restaurant staff. Staff were very kind and helpful (when available, e.g. we needed to pay and because the restaurant isn't open in the morning, we weren't able to until the evening.) The restaurant is fantastic and they will bring your meal to your room, which was great for us with the baby. The hotel is a bit out of the main downtown area, but it has a beautiful view of the city.
