The noise pollution from events is unbearable. The restaurant can be rented as an event location. I live in the courtyard and had to stay awake late into the night several times because the music and guests were way too loud. At 1 a.m. you just want to sleep, but instead you're woken up by booming bass and screaming. There is no consideration whatsoever for residents or rest periods. Very disappointing!
