I recently dined at Fabrika Bistro, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Not only did they have exorbitant prices that were completely unjustified, but I also discovered evidence of wine fraud during my visit. I felt compelled to share my experience to caution others who might consider dining at this establishment. Let's begin with the prices. I understand that high-end restaurants often come with a premium, but the prices at Fabrika Bistro were outrageously inflated. It felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. The menu offered nothing exceptional to justify the exorbitant costs. The portions were minuscule, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and taken advantage of. To make matters worse, I stumbled upon undeniable evidence of wine fraud during my visit. I ordered a bottle of wine, which was purportedly from a reputable vineyard. However, upon conducting my own research afterward, I discovered that the wine I was served was a cheap knockoff, not the authentic product. This deceitful practice is not only unethical but also illegal, and it reflects a complete lack of integrity on the part of Fabrika Bistro. The service was subpar as well. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, providing minimal assistance throughout the entire meal. It was as if they were more concerned with turning tables quickly than ensuring a pleasant dining experience for their patrons. The lack of professionalism and genuine care was evident and contributed to the overall disappointment of the evening. Considering the exorbitant prices, wine fraud, and lackluster service, I cannot recommend Fabrika Bistro to anyone seeking an enjoyable dining experience. There are numerous other restaurants in the area that offer better value, honesty, and overall customer satisfaction. It is my hope that this review serves as a warning to potential diners, allowing them to make an informed decision when choosing where to spend their hard-earned money. I implore the management of Fabrika Bistro to address these issues promptly and rectify their practices, as they are tarnishing their reputation and betraying the trust of their customers. We kindly ask you to come to us with your "undesputable evidence" and we will gladly show you around our premises. We can open every single bottle of wine to show you how far removed from truth you are, because we have worked hard to keep the trust of our guests for 11 years now. We will also show you how much effort we put into every ingredient, where we get them from, how careful we are about the quality of every single thing that goes in our food and cocktails. As for our waiters, we strongly stand behind our staff especially knowing that you were here at the moment our terrace wasnt full and there certainly couldnt have been any "table turning".More
