A VERY DISTURBING EXPERIENCE ā FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, PLEASE BE AWARE My experience at Fondue House Du Pont was one of the most frightening and disturbing experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. What was supposed to be a simple family outing with my child turned into a situation where I genuinely felt unsafe and intimidated. The behaviour of the staff (Name:- Daniel) was extremely rude, hostile, and completely unacceptable. My babyās belongings were thrown away by him, and I was told to leave. The manner in which the staff behaved was so alarming that I became genuinely scared and felt that I had no choice but to call the local police for help. As a parent, there is nothing more disturbing than feeling unsafe while you are simply trying to enjoy a meal with your child. A restaurant should be a place where families feel welcomed and respectedānot a place where parents are left frightened and forced to seek police assistance. I am sharing this review because families, especially those travelling with children, should think very carefully before choosing this restaurant. Based on my personal experience, I would not feel comfortable bringing my children back here. I sincerely hope the management investigates what happened and takes serious steps to ensure that no other family has to go through an experience like this. For me, this was not merely a bad dining experienceāit was an extremely distressing incident that I will not forget. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
